Penn State Harrisburg to host event on child advocacy centers, May 23

In an effort to foster awareness of trauma-informed practices in child abuse cases and to highlight May being designated as Mental Health and Trauma Awareness Month, Maria Turkson, associate teaching professor of psychology in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Behavioral Sciences and Education, is hosting an event on Child Advocacy Centers on Tuesday, May 23 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Penn State Harrisburg to host the 2023 PA Data User Conference

The Pennsylvania State Data Center at the Institute of State and Regional Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg will host the 2023 PA Data User Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, in the Educational Activities Building on campus. The conference is intended for Pennsylvania's data users engaged in applied research and analysis.
