The Office of Marketing and Communications can assist with print and digital communications needs. The staff have the training and skills to produce high quality materials while maintaining a consistent look for the college that aligns with branding established by the University and promotes Penn State Harrisburg as an integrated part of the University. The office is concerned with all print and digital publications that target prospective students, parents, current students, alumni, donors, and friends and neighbors of the college as well as all internal communications intended for broad distribution.
To maintain the quality and consistency of institution-wide publications, and in accordance with the Penn State policy, the Office of Marketing and Communications must review all publications, both internal and external, and assign a UBR number, regardless of whether the office designs the project.
