- Grades, transcripts, academic verification (Insurance companies, financial lenders, or employers may require proof of enrollment, graduation, student status, and other related information.), final exam schedule, file intent to graduate, and entrance to major.
The University Registrar
In addition to detailed academic information, the following key processes and forms can be found via the University Registrar:
- Course Registration
- Change of Major (undergraduate)

- Returning to the University (undergraduate)
A $20 re-enrollment fee is required for your re-enrollment application. In place of sending a check, cash or money order with your application, the re-enrollment fee will be charged to your student account. Please do not send a check, cash or money order with your re-enrollment application at this time.
