Return to the University

Students may request to return to Penn State as an undergraduate student after missing one or more semesters. 

Note: DEADLINE for submitting your re-enrollment form is no later than two weeks before the start of the semester.

1. Review the options and complete the appropriate re-enrollment form.
2. Students who left the University with a cumulative GPA below 2.00 must include a statement about their goals with their reenrollment application by completing the Supplemental Reenrollment Information.
