Penn State Harrisburg recently made several necessary modifications to the class time schedule that will become effective in fall 2024. The updated schedule aligns more closely with the University’s class schedule and provides several benefits to the college community. It provides students with additional opportunities to obtain a full-time schedule, reduces the number of overlapping class meeting times, improves the efficiency of facilities usage, affords more class meeting times for academic departments to offer courses, and provides uniform common hour meeting times for student organizations. As part of the update, common hours will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:15 to 1:15.
