Being a full-time student, opening my own company, and having two young children, has not come without hardship, but again, it is through generosity like your own that lessens one of the greatest burdens on students like me. I continuously strive to maintain my academic excellence in my educational pursuits, and more so when I remember the charity backing my efforts.

Your donation is aiding in my never-ending drive for success. As this is everything I have worked for, and I continue to aim for greater. The financial burden of paying my tuition experiences a great deal of relief from your generosity.

As a self-supporting college student, your support means more to me than you could imagine. As the eldest daughter of eight, I have taken on many responsibilities in my young life.  Being that I work full-time during the school year to support myself, your contribution to my education ensures that I will be able to graduate on time.

This campus has a very diverse student and faculty body where I can learn about different cultures while making new friends. This influences me to welcome and accept people for who they are and put myself in other people's shoes to see their points of view on things.

I grew up in less than fortunate circumstances, and the idea of being able to afford college was a faraway dream. This scholarship turns this dream into a reality. I am thankful for the opportunity of knowledge and growth you have given me, and I hope to prove a worthy recipient of your kindness by being a respectable and influential part of the workforce.

As a first-generation Asian American immigrant, I understand the value of education and the many opportunities it can provide. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to further my education and pursue my dreams, and your support has been instrumental in making this possible.

There were times when my dream of pursuing a higher education seemed impossible due to the fears of being in debt in the future, but the financial assistance you have provided me has helped me tremendously and kept me going. Because of what you have done for me, I can follow my dream and graduate with my undergraduate degree.
