At the 30th anniversary meeting of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Systems Research and Cybernetics (IIAS), James T. Ziegenfuss, Jr., Penn State Harrisburg professor of management and health care systems, recently received a President’s Medal of Distinguished Achievement.
