Penn State Harrisburg’s Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student run organization which advocates for the best interest of students living on-campus and hosts social programming for our student body. The Residence Hall Association of Penn State Harrisburg is for students interested in creating and maintaining leadership abilities while practicing good social skills. The goals of the committee are: to bring Penn State Harrisburg on campus students together as a community; encourage residents to actively participate in planning social events; and create different social environments to round student’s overall social experiences. Most importantly, RHA strives to promote a sense of unity amongst all Penn State Harrisburg students.
