Campus Security Authority Incident Report Form >>

The Campus Security Authority (CSA) is to document as much of the requested information on the form, excluding identity if confidentiality is requested, as s/he knows. The awareness can come from a direct report from a student or staff member or from a third party. University Police will use the submitted information to verify the appropriate classification of the crime.

Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log

As part of the Clery Act, the University is required to produce and disseminate a Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log that is accessible to the general public. The purpose of the Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log is to record all criminal incidents, alleged criminal incidents and fire activity that are reported to the campus police.

If you are not already receiving the Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log by email, and you would like to subscribe to the listserv, please send an email to: In the subject line of the email, write "Add Me" In the body of the email, write "Please add me to the requested listserv" By adding information into the subject line and the body of the email, it helps let the mail through spam filters.

Please make sure to pay attention to which of your email addresses you are requesting to be subscribed--it picks up your "from" address from the email you use when you subscribe. Of course, the Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log is also posted by University Police at the entrance of the Susquehanna Building.
