The Campus Security Authority (CSA) is to document as much of the requested information on the form, excluding identity if confidentiality is requested, as s/he knows. The awareness can come from a direct report from a student or staff member or from a third party. University Police will use the submitted information to verify the appropriate classification of the crime.

Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log
As part of the Clery Act, the University is required to produce and disseminate a Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log that is accessible to the general public. The purpose of the Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log is to record all criminal incidents, alleged criminal incidents and fire activity that are reported to the campus police.
If you are not already receiving the Daily Crime and Fire Activity Log by email, and you would like to subscribe to the distribution list,

- Use the subject line: "Add Me To Daily Log"
- In the body of the message, write "Please add me to the requested distribution list."
