Penn State Harrisburg will hold its fall 2021 commencement ceremony on Saturday, December 18 at 9:30 a.m. at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Michael Sullivan, a retired senior executive with Pepco Holdings (now part of Exelon) in Washington, D.C. will deliver the keynote address at the ceremony.
