Miguel Fraga — the first secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Washington, D.C., since diplomatic relations were reestablished between Cuba and the United States — will visit Penn State Harrisburg on Wednesday, April 5 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the library Morrison Gallery.
He will discuss Cuba and its relationship with the U.S.
Penn State Harrisburg will host one of several public forum focused on implementing the University’s long-range Strategic Plan on Friday, April 7 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the library Morrison Gallery on campus. The topic of the forum will be “Enhancing Health.”
