In 2024, we surveyed our alumni body for the first time, all those who had attained our MBA and undergraduate degrees in the past fifteen years. We are glad to report the following benefits our alumni have experienced through our degree:

  • We substantially influence the Pennsylvania business community, as almost 40% of the survey participants were in middle, executive, or senior management levels.
  • Nearly 75% of surveyed graduates were promoted within six months of completing our degree.
  • Almost 80% used their Penn State Harrisburg degrees to start new jobs within six months of completing them.
  • Just under 88% agreed that they have practically applied the skills and knowledge gained from their degrees to their jobs.
  • Of those surveyed, almost 60% agreed that their degree from the School of Business has helped them experience career growth.

  • Nearly 59% agree that their degree from Penn State Harrisburg has increased their job satisfaction.
  • Regarding competencies, the surveyed graduates were satisfied in the following categories:

I originally enrolled in Penn State Harrisburg's Civil Engineering and MBA programs because I wanted to get a Penn State degree while learning in a smaller classroom setting.
