- Campus business takes precedence when reserving the Lobby space.
- Tables can be reserved by emailing: [email protected]
- Tables in the Atrium of the Olmsted Lobby may not be moved.
- Tables may not be placed/moved on the carpeted section in the Olmsted lobby.
- Additional tables may not be moved into the Lobby (only 4 clubs, organizations, or departments can be present at any one time).
- Only 2 chairs are provided for each table. Do not remove chairs from other spaces on campus to supplement seating.
- Sitting or standing on the tables is prohibited.
- Posters or banners are not permitted to be hung on walls, windows, doors or columns.
- A banner or sign may be placed on front of the table as long as it does not exceed the length of the table.
- All tables must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
- Due to the large amount of pedestrian traffic, you must stay behind your assigned table.
- Easels may be used, but must be placed directly behind your assigned table.
- If sound of any kind is necessary, volume must be kept to a speaking level and cannot distract others around you. (i.e, other tables and others in the building).
- Tables cannot be reserved by one club, organization or department and then used by another.
- A member(s) of your club, organization, or department must be present at the table at all times during your reservation period.
