MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — One current and two former Penn State Harrisburg students were recently named to Central Penn Business Journal’s annual Forty Under 40 list.
Andrew Otto is currently a student in the college’s MBA program. Brian Ostella is a 2004 graduate of the information sciences and technology program, and Eric Rensel is a 2000 graduate of the structural design and construction engineering technology program.
The list celebrates the region's most accomplished young business leaders who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service.
Otto is assistant vice president at F&M Trust, an independent community banking company headquartered in Chambersburg, where he has more than seven years of experience in providing investment, trust, administration, estate planning and retirement planning services to clients and prospects in the Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg areas. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Messiah College and earned a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ostella is a community advocate for economic development and urban renewal in Harrisburg, and formerly a senior project manager at NIC Inc., a provider of digital government services, sites, and secure payment processing, where he managed a portfolio of high-profile projects for various agencies in Pennsylvania.
Rensel is a vice president of Gannett Fleming, an engineering firm in Camp Hill, specializing in international planning, design and construction management, where he assists transportation agencies in mitigating congestion by improving roadway operational efficiency. He also provides expertise in traffic management center development and staffing. Rensel has helped clients implement traffic incident management and intelligent transportation systems strategies in more than 10 states, as well as for the Federal Highway Administration and overseas in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and for the Qatar Public Works Authority.
