- Objective 4.1: Demonstrate knowledge of employee relations, regulatory compliance, and employee disciplinary procedures in light of the major HR discrimination laws such as Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.
- Objective 4.2: Demonstrate knowledge of recruitment and selection practices.
- Objective 4.3: Demonstrate knowledge of training and career development procedures and policies.
