To be eligible for graduate school in these fields, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) requires specific courses in Physical Sciences (Chemistry or Physics), Behavioral or Social Sciences, Biology, and Statistics. Each student in the Bridge program will take slightly different courses dependent upon (a) previous coursework completed, and/or (b) which SLP/AUD graduate programs they intend to apply. We help you tailor your course schedule based on what you need to meet the qualifications for ASHA certification and the prerequisite requirements for your intended graduate program(s) of choice.

We also have a unique partnership with the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Penn State College of Medicine and the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. One of your courses will even take place at the medical center, giving you hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
