Dressing Rooms:
- Green Room: Recently decorated and accommodates 4-5 people for meeting/meals at a banquette table; upholstered loveseat; open closet; open self-serve kitchenette; handicapped accessible bathroom with counter and theatre-style makeup mirror. (Serves as a dressing room and meeting room.)
- Group Dressing Room: Small group dressing room that will accommodate 6-8 people with high counters and theatre- style mirrors; Wardrobe closet; sink available (is used for paint projects).
Laundering Facilities
- The Kulkarni Theatre does NOT have in-house washer or dryer facilities.
- The Theatre has an iron, ironing board, steamer, and sewing machine available upon request.
- Local laundromat suggestions available upon request.
Rigging
- Stage has no fly system.
- 24 Battens are dead-hung at 17’9”: 4 are dedicated lighting, 5 are dedicated for soft goods.
- Lineset schedule available upon request.
- Genie Lift available for hang and focus.
- FOH Electric accessible via ETC Hoist.
Loading Dock: Loading dock has 2 bays, both easily accessible by trucks from College Ave. Due to door alignment and hallway construction, access from the loading dock to stage is less than ideal. If any unloaded object exceeds the dimensions of 4’ x 4’ x 10’, it may not be maneuverable from dock to stage; please contact the Production Manager with oversize object dimensions to determine solutions.
Lighting: Kulkarni Theatre has an all LED system controlled by an ETC Ion.
Audio Equipment: The system is Dante Network enabled and contains a Yamaha CL5 and a Yamaha Rio32. QLab is also available.
Video and Projections: Kulkarni Theatre has a Christie Digital DH12HD-D1 Chip DLP Video Projector, 11000 ANSI Full HD (1920x1080). The projector has a zoom lens (2.0 4.0:1) and a short zoom lens (1.02 to 1.36:1). This can project onto a large built in screen, the cyclorama, or a smaller portable screen. Two confidence monitors are also available.
