Math and technology and engineering teachers from 30 south central Pennsylvania middle schools participated in a one-day workshop offered by the Capital Area Institute for Mathematics and Science (CAIMS) at Penn State Harrisburg on teaching mathematical modeling using 3D printing.
Holocaust survivor Linda Schwab will visit Penn State Harrisburg at noon on Tuesday, April 16, in the Olmsted Building auditorium on campus. Schwab, a native of Poland, will discuss her family’s escape during the Holocaust.
Philip Zimbardo, clinical psychologist and New York Times bestselling author known for his work on the Stanford Prison Experiment, will visit Penn State Harrisburg on Tuesday, April 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the Mukund S. Kulkarni Theatre in the Student Enrichment Center.
