As part of Penn State Harrisburg’s Center for Holocaust and Jewish Studies speaker series, Lisa Shifren will have a gallery opening and artist’s talk to discuss her recent body of work, “Grace. Dignity. Humility. Compassion. Photographic Portraits: The Holocaust Survivors of Baltimore” on Tuesday, December 1 at noon in the campus library Morrison Gallery.

On Friday, September 25, 2015, golfers took to the links at Colonial Golf and Tennis Club for the 6th annual Penn State Harrisburg Golf Tournament, presented by Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster. The event featured exciting contests and prizes, with all proceeds directed to support the strategic growth of Penn State Harrisburg’s 16 NCAA athletic teams.

Dr. Shaun Gabbidon, distinguished professor of criminal justice in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs, received the 2015 Julius Debro Award, given by the American Society of Criminology’s Division on People of Color and Crime (DPCC).
Project Management expert Carl Pritchard recently visited Penn State Harrisburg and presented students in the School of Business with information about the project management industry, as well as how to communicate and network within the field. His presentation gave students the opportunity to hear from a world renowned industry expert.
