There are many opportunities for Penn State Harrisburg students interested in Spanish and the college is one of the few Penn State campuses that offers a minor in this language.
Courses in the Spanish minor may be started after completing Spanish 3 (or equivalent by transfer or exam). A grade of C or better is required in all courses to complete the minor. Courses that do not require knowledge of Spanish (and that are not held in Spanish, such as SPAN 130, 131, 230, 231) may not be counted toward the minor. The minor may be started and completed at Penn State Harrisburg and/or any other Penn State campus that offers the required courses.
