Complete Penn State funds are intended to assist students that are within 30 credits of graduation in a baccalaureate degree or 15 credits of graduation in an associate degree.
Complete Penn State Award Amounts
Students selected for Complete Penn State support receive up to a $3,000 one-time scholarship (applied over their two final semesters).

- Students are identified for support and awarded directly in the University Park academic colleges and at the Commonwealth Campuses.
