Charge

Advise the chancellor and dean regarding strategic planning, capital improvements, spatial renovations, and major budgetary matters

Guiding Principles

  • Shared governance focused on the overall well-being of the college, with a commitment by all individuals to collaboratively accomplish shared goals in a transparent governance structure.
  • Equity focused to afford a voice to all members of our community (faculty, staff, students, and administrators), and that also recognizes, encourages, and responds to the voices and perspectives of historically marginalized and underrepresented people. 
  • Transparency in making decisions that are relevant and fair and honor the perspectives of all members of the college.  
  • Representative, so that focus remains on always being accountable to the members of the college.
