Students seeking to take courses over the summer can choose from a full range of undergraduate and graduate courses. Flexible options include on campus and online courses, some courses at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center and programs for educators. The first summer session runs May 16 to June 27; the second session runs June 29 to August 12.

Dr. Shaun Gabbidon, distinguished professor of criminal justice in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs, visited the Indiana University of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, April 12 to deliver the 2016 distinguished lecture. Gabbidon’s presentation was titled “Shopping While Black: Understanding and Combating Racial Profiling in Retail Settings.”
