The Penn State Harrisburg Alumni Society is led by Board of Directors which includes 15 elected alumni members and 12 ex-officio members. Ex-officio members include two student representatives, the past president of the board, the chancellor, the director of development, the alumni coordinator, a representative from the Harrisburg Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, and five honorary alumni directors.

The Board of Directors meets three times a year. The meetings are open to all members of the Alumni Society. Information on the Society and upcoming events appear in Currents magazine.
