Advising Fellows
To better support the advising of upper division students, the Advising Fellows program was developed to foster a formal, collaborative relationship between the Lambert Undergraduate Advising Center and faculty advisers who have demonstrated an interest in effective academic advising. Through this program, Advising Fellows advise students in multiple majors, dedicate 10 hours per week to advising in the Advising Center, participate in professional development, and collaborate with professional advisers to offer group advising. Participating faculty members are given a course release, an iPad, and a letter of support for inclusion in a promotion dossier or annual review.
