• All vehicles parked on Penn State Harrisburg campus must park with their license plate facing the drive aisle.
• A “motor vehicle” in these regulations means any motor driven vehicle (automobile, truck, motorcycle, motorbike, scooter, moped, minibike or other).  
• Students must register their vehicle either prior to the start of the semester or at a later date if the vehicle is acquired after the semester has started.
• Faculty/staff members must register their vehicles upon appointment or at a later date if a vehicle is acquired after the initial appointment date.
