Fraternity and sorority life -- also called Greek Life -- at Penn State Harrisburg consists of a variety of students with similar values creating smaller communities on campus. These organizations are supported by the Office of Student Engagement and are empowered to live by the Penn State Values as well as the following ideals:

Activities hosted by Greek Life on campus are created with the purpose to support personal and professional growth of students and alumni through their involvement in fraternity and sorority life.
Kappa Beta Gamma Sorority – Phi Chapter
Established in 1907, Kappa Beta Gamma is dedicated to improving its members morally, socially, and intellectually. This sorority has been a part of the Penn State Harrisburg community since January 22, 2011, and they remain committed to their values of Character, Culture, and Courage. Their philanthropy organization is Special Olympics, and the sisters often participate in Polar Plunges.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity – Pennsylvania Psi Eta Chapter
Established in 1856, Sigma Alpha Epsilon is committed to their mission of promoting the highest standards of friendship, scholarship and service to their members throughout their lives. This fraternity has been a part of the Penn State Harrisburg community since April 17, 2016, and they continue to exude the spirit of a True Gentleman on and off campus. Their philanthropy organization is the Children’s Miracle Network, Movember, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, NMDP but they also spend a lot of time volunteering at the MidWest Food Bank.
