Penn State Harrisburg to host graduate programs online open houses

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Penn State Harrisburg will highlight four of its more than 30 graduate programs during a series of online open houses in November. Virtual attendees will receive an application fee waiver.

Program: Applied Clinical Psychology

Date and Time: Thursday, Nov. 2, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.


Presenters: Gina Brelsford, associate professor of psychology, and Stephanie Winkeljohn-Black, assistant professor of psychology

Program: Literacy Education

Date and Time: Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 4 to 6 p.m.


Presenters: Mary Napoli, associate professor of reading, and Xenia Hadjioannou, associate professor of language and literacy education

Program: Public Administration doctoral program

Date and Time: Tuesday, Nov. 14, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Presenters: Göktuğ Morçöl, professor of public policy and administration; Joseph Hafer and Shahishah Faisal Azim, doctoral students

Program: Teaching and Curriculum

Date and Time: Thursday, Nov. 16, from 4 to 6 p.m.


Presenters: D. Beth Scott, lecturer in literacy education, and Francine Baker, coordinator of the master's of education in teaching and curriculum at Penn State York
