Penn State Harrisburg to host post-election panel discussion, Nov. 15

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs will hold a panel discussion focusing on the outcome of the 2022 midterm elections on Tuesday, Nov. 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Olmsted Building Gallery Lounge on campus.

The discussion will be moderated by L. Martin Overby, director of the college’s School of Public Affairs and will feature panelists:

  • Carol Nechemias, associate professor emerita of political science and public policy, School of Public Affairs, Penn State Harrisburg
  • Dan Mallinson, assistant professor of public policy and administration, School of Public Affairs, Penn State Harrisburg
  • Berwood Yost, director of the Center for Opinion Research and the Floyd Institute for Public Policy at Franklin and Marshall College
