Panel discussion to focus on supply chain challenges

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Business Administration will present a panel discussion titled, “Why is my Supply Chain so ‘Messed Up’ and When Will it Return to ‘Normal’?” on Wednesday, April 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Morrison Gallery, Madlyn L. Hanes Library on campus. The panel will also be available virtually. In person attendees can register here.

Several industry executives from multiple disciplines such as road, rail, ocean and warehousing will discuss the supply chain challenges they have faced and continue to face due to the pandemic and other current conditions. There will be a Q&A session following the discussion.

Panelists include:

  • Richard R. Young, professor emeritus at Penn State Harrisburg
  • Gerald J. Coyle, recently retired vice president at Evans Delivery
  • Louis Paioletti, director of supply chain services at Phoenix Contact
  • John Gray, president of the Association of American Railroads
