Harrisburg men's basketball wins second straight conference championship

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg men's basketball team is headed to the NCAA Division III Tournament for the second consecutive season after their win over top-seed Lancaster Bible College (85-52) in the 2022 United East Championship Game, which secured the program's second consecutive conference title.

Nate Curry, a junior from Brooklyn, New York, was named the United East Tournament most valuable player after scoring a game-high 25 points. Other top scorers included Donyae Baylor-Carroll, a senior from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Pedro Rodriguez, a senior from Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The Lions will face the University of St. Joseph (Connecticut) in the first-round of the NCAA Division III Tournament, at 3:50 p.m. Friday March 4.
