IUG Application Requirements
- Students must have completed entrance to their undergraduate major and earned no less than 60 credits before applying to the Fox Graduate School.
- Applicants must meet all the admission requirements of the Graduate School and the Public Health graduate program.
- Complete an online Penn State Fox Graduate School application with
- Nonrefundable application fee
- Résumé
- Statement of purpose
- Two letters of recommendation, including one from the student’s Penn State undergraduate academic adviser that shows the academic adviser has worked with the student to develop a preliminary IUG plan of study
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
- Submit a preliminary draft plan of study: The plan should cover the entire time period of the integrated program, and should be reviewed periodically with an adviser as the student advances through the program.
- NOTE: Transfer students must have completed at least 15 credits at Penn State to be eligible for enrollment in an IUG program.
Admission Deadline
- All applicants must complete the application by February 15.
- Students can be admitted no later than the end of the second week of the semester preceding the semester when the undergraduate degree is expected to be conferred.
