Penn State Harrisburg Course Approval Process Timeline (Time Frame: Roughly 3-6 months)

Proposal Development (Work with program and school:  time frame varies)

  1. Create Proposal in CRCS (Time varies)

  2. Request informal consultation  (Time varies)

  3. Request Formal Consultation (via CRCS) (At least 2 weeks)

  4. Review by Penn State Harrisburg Academic Affairs Committee (At least 1 month)

  5. University Review (At least 1 month)

  6. Course Approval (Available the semester following approval)
