Penn State has extended its deadline for students to respond to an anonymous survey about their current COVID-19 vaccination status or plans to get vaccinated before the start of the fall semester. While student response to the survey has been strong, the deadline has been extended to allow students who may be traveling or are in various locations an opportunity to respond.
The Penn State Center for Security Research and Education is announcing its Fall 2021 Grant Program to support security-related scholarship and educational programs at Penn State. University faculty and researchers are eligible to apply by Sept. 30.

The library building at Penn State Harrisburg has been named the Madlyn L. Hanes Library in honor of the University’s senior vice president for Commonwealth Campuses and executive chancellor, who will retire from Penn State on Aug. 1.
