Emily MacLeod, assistant teaching professor of English, theatre, and humanities at Penn State Harrisburg, received an award from the journal Early Theatre for her work exploring the performance of race by children’s theater companies in 1600s England.
A team from Penn State Harrisburg joined a national coalition of more than 55 colleges and universities at the 2023 Summer Institute for Equity in the Academic Experience in June.
An interdisciplinary team of researchers at Penn State is part of a project that recently received a $1 million NSF Engines Development Award. The award will fund the development of the Pennsylvania Industrial Hemp Engine, which will support the manufacture and deployment of bio-based products for application in green building construction, packaging, fabrics, renewable energy and land remediation.
