The public administration doctoral program in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs has welcomed Ali Zackery as a visiting scholar from the University of Tehran, where he is finishing his doctoral dissertation in futures studies. Zackery is the program’s first visiting scholar from Iran and is hosted by Dr. Göktuğ Morçöl, professor of public administration.
