Penn State Harrisburg held its annual Constitution Day celebration on Sept. 17. A celebration of the signing of the United States Constitution in 1787, schools and colleges nationwide commemorate this day with a variety of activities.
The Penn State Alumni Association will recognize 14 graduates on Oct. 3 with the lifelong title of Alumni Fellow, the highest award given by the Alumni Association.
