Representatives from Cecil College and Penn State Harrisburg this week signed a new articulation agreement between the two institutions that allows a smooth transition for students enrolled in Cecil’s Early College Academy programs to complete a four-year degree at Penn State Harrisburg.
High-performance buildings, which are buildings capable of achieving net-zero carbon-based energy usage while increasing occupant performance and reducing health risks, can be better for the occupants, as well as the environment and the economy.
