Grady Mathews, assistant professor of civil engineering at Penn State Harrisburg, and his students are testing new ways to use incinerator waste as a replacement for sand in concrete.
Jonathan Lee, associate professor of criminal justice in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs, will present “Quantitative Approaches to Understanding Criminal Behavior” from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 31 in the Morrison Gallery (Library Room 101) on campus.
The Center for Holocaust and Jewish Studies at Penn State Harrisburg will host a lecture by prominent Holocaust scholar David Crowe, titled “Oskar Schindler, Film and Fact,” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30, in the Olmsted Building auditorium (room C231) of the Harrisburg campus.
