The open house will offer the opportunity to learn about the college’s more than 30 master’s, doctoral, and certification programs; meet with faculty; and obtain admissions and financial aid information. RSVP preferred, but not required.

Three Penn State Harrisburg students were nominated for the PennACE JoAnne Day Student of the Year Intern award.
With the award, PennACE recognizes the achievements and contributions made by undergraduate students enrolled at member institutions who have completed an internship or co-op assignment. The award honors a career development professional in four categories, including:
Dr. Heidi Pierce, instructor in English composition in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Humanities, will present “Politicizing the Arts and Crafts Movement: Mary De Morgan’s ‘Bread of Discontent’” on Wednesday, January 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Olmsted Building Gallery Lounge on campus.
Dr. Beverly Cigler, professor of public policy and administration in Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs has become the college’s third scholar to be named distinguished professor by the Penn State Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs.
Each spring, Penn State Harrisburg's international study tours take students on voyages around the globe. These tours provide students an opportunity to learn firsthand about different countries, going beyond the classroom to immerse students in a new culture.
For Sarita Lidle, a junior psychology major, the spring 2014 India study tour offered her even more – a once-in-a-lifetime chance to discover her roots.
