The library building at Penn State Harrisburg has been named the Madlyn Levine Hanes Library in honor of the University’s senior vice president for Commonwealth Campuses and executive chancellor, who retired from Penn State on Aug. 1.
Penn State Harrisburg hosted commencement ceremonies May 6 and 7 to mark the Class of 2021’s completion of their academic experience and to recognize their many accomplishments.
New comprehensive undergraduate degree program will prepare students to pursue graduate education and certification as a speech therapist (speech language pathologist) or audiologist.
The University held its Spring 2020 virtual commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 9. The ceremony celebrated the completion of the academic experience of more than 14,000 Penn State students, including more than 800 from Penn State Harrisburg.
Penn State Harrisburg senior Cameron Yon became the first student-athlete in school history to win a national championship when he secured gold in the discus throw at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
