- Administrative Services (fleet, postage, and copy center) billing duties is supported virtually (8 am - 5 pm) at ext 6450.
- Copy Center communications should be done solely through the e-mail list serve.
- Phone calls should not be the first line of communication since this area is staffed on a regular basis, only for completion of print jobs on Monday and Thursday in AM or until jobs are completed.
Use of an External Caterer for an On-Campus Event
The Catering Exception Request Form needs to be submitted for approval anytime an individual or group prefers to or must use an external caterer for on-campus events. Please note that Housing and Food Services (H&FS) maintains the right of first refusal for providing catered food and beverages for on-campus events.
