Penn State Harrisburg will hold its fall 2019 commencement ceremony at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 21 at the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
At Club Carnival, attendees can join in fun activities like bounce houses and obstacle courses, as well as carnival games, balloon sculptures and more.
