Paula Conner Maynard
MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Penn State Harrisburg has announced the appointment of Paula Conner Maynard as the college registrar, effective March 16.
Before joining Penn State Harrisburg, Maynard served in several roles of increasing responsibility at Messiah College, most recently as the associate registrar in the college’s School of Graduate Studies.
Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in course schedule development and registration; curriculum management; coordinating commencement and graduation activities; academic advising; and policy and procedure development. Her professional areas of interest include researching strategic leadership and managing change, as well as championing the value of education and student support.
Maynard received a master of arts in higher education with a concentration in student support services, and a bachelor of arts in family studies from Messiah College.
