Purpose:
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding graduate students enrolled in American Studies at Penn State Harrisburg who are either outstanding incoming students to the program or who are continuing graduate students enrolled in American Studies making good progress toward the completion of the program who have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
