Parking at Penn State Harrisburg

Registration for student parking is an online application process and requires credit card payment.

All employees must obtain a parking permit and pay a registration fee in order to park a vehicle on the Penn State Harrisburg campus, including individuals working on campus but not employed by Penn State University (e.g., bookstore, athletic trainers).

Visitors to the Penn State Harrisburg campus may park in a designated visitor’s space for the allotted time period, typically no more than two hours. Students, faculty, staff, and facility users are not allowed to park in these spaces.

If parking in a non-designated space, or beyond the allotted time, vehicle operators must purchase a daily parking pass.

Parking Violation Notices will be issued for violations of the parking rules and regulations. Violations may be appealed online via the Parking Portal for up to 20 calendar days from the date the violation was issued. Payment is required at the time of the appeal submission.
