- All students parking on campus are required to register their vehicles each semester using the Penn State Parking Portal.
- Payment can be made online with a credit card only.
- Students with outstanding parking balances will not be permitted to purchase a current parking permit until the account is cleared.
- The parking permit covers only the vehicle(s) registered on the student’s account. Please keep license plate information current in the parking portal. Multiple vehicles can be registered; however, only one vehicle can be on campus at one time. Transfer or re-sale of parking permit is strictly prohibited.
- Students are permitted to use any valid parking spaces with the exception of “restricted” areas. Students are not permitted, at any time, to park in restricted areas which include visitor spaces, maintenance only, no parking areas and any other reserved parking spaces. Any use of restricted, unauthorized parking areas will be subject to a fine.
- Off-campus housing parking permits are not valid on Penn State Harrisburg property.
