Please submit a photo for the college’s online directory, using the following guidelines:

  • one subject (no other people should be in the photo)
  • portrait-oriented headshot (generally, waist up, with some room above the subject’s head)
  • plain/neutral background recommended
  • business/business casual attire
  • color image
  • minimum 500 pixels wide (most uncropped smartphone camera photos will be large enough)
  • JPG or PNG file type

If a self-submitted photo is not readily available to you, we will offer a directory photo event (aka “picture day”) on a regular basis, likely once a semester.


Upload requirements
Please use your campus-specific title, rather than just the general job title as seen in WorkLion. For example, enter 'Assistant Director of Admissions' instead of 'Admissions Counselor 3.' For faculty, be sure to include level and area of study, e.g. 'Assistant Professor of American Studies.'
