Stephanie Grossnickle-Batterton

Stephanie Grossnickle-Batterton has worked in the Learning Center since 2019. She currently coordinates subject area peer tutoring and writing tutoring, having previously served as a professional writing tutor in the center. She holds a B.A. in English education from Elizabethtown College, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in American studies from the University of Iowa. She has taught in both the high school and college classroom. Stephanie is passionate about helping students achieve their goals, academic and beyond. In her role, she enjoys working with tutors to enhance their pedagogy and develop as tutors and professionals.
