Applications to the program should be made via the Graduate School application for admission. Requirements listed here are in addition to Graduate Council policies listed under GCAC-300 Admissions Policies. International applicants may be required to satisfy an English proficiency requirement; see GCAC-305 Admission Requirements for International Students for more information.
Students who are already enrolled in the M.P.A. program at Penn State Harrisburg and wish to enroll in the certificate program must complete the online Graduate School certificate application and pay the application fee just as any other certificate applicant would. They should also complete the Notice of Intent form and submit it to the program administration.
